Who we are

RareForm AI builds automation and AI systems for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through rareformai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email support@rareformai.com.

What we collect

When you book a strategy call, we collect what you enter in the booking form:

• Your name, email address, phone number and company name
• The engagement you chose and what you want us to focus on
• Any files you attach
• The time you booked, your time zone and your language

What we collect automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

If you switch the site to Spanish, that choice is saved in your browser so it stays the next time you visit. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To schedule your call and send the calendar invite and meeting link
• To prepare for the call and follow up with you afterwards
• To reply when you contact us
• To keep our site and systems secure

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run this site and your booking, and only as much as they need:

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and stores booking details and files
• Cal.com: manages our calendar and sends your booking invite
• Resend: sends our confirmation and notification emails
• Google: hosts the video call when it runs on Google Meet

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and files for as long as we need them to prepare for your call and for any work that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

How we protect it

Files you attach are stored privately and are only accessible to our team through private links. Access to booking details is limited to the people who need them to work with you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@rareformai.com and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t intended for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
